1. Shipping Locations
We offer nationwide delivery across Uganda Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days  
Express Shipping: 1–2 hours (within Kampala Metropolitan Area)  
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location.

4. Shipping Rates.
We offer a flat rate of UGX 5,000 for most deliveries. Exact rates will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a racking number via email. You can track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages. 
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at order@shopucart.store  We'll follow up with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses**. Please provide a valid physical address for successful delivery.
